Dave is a proven executive manager with 20 years experience in financial services. Before founding Legosys, Dave was the Director of Sales Platforms, Strategy and Innovation for Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Dave was Chief Executive Officer of Praxis Technology Group, a high-end financial services consulting and technology staff augmentation company. Dave also served as Chief Operating Officer at MortgageHub, General Manager at Dorado Corporation and Director of Strategic Systems and Architecture at Wells Fargo. He holds a degree in finance from Iowa State University.

Rob Newberry

Rob has over 15 years of mortgage banking experience at Wells Fargo & Co in various strategic and leadership roles. These roles included time in Finance, Servicing, Fair Lending, Pricing Strategy, Business Intelligence and Delivery Innovation. Rob served on the National Retail Pricing Committee for several years, chaired the Loan Economics Council, and is a subject matter expert on pricing and compensation tools. Rob was also instrumental in the development and deployment of the several sales management and compensation tools that are currently used by one of the Nation’s largest mortgage companies.

Rob has an accounting degree from the University of Northern Iowa and earned an MBA with a finance emphasis from the University of Iowa.

Matthew Graff
Chief Technology Officer

Matthew has over 12 years of experience working in technology and software development including software analysis & design, programming, database & network administration, consulting, and project management. Roles have ranged from designing & managing multiple $500K+ e-commerce websites, developing database-driven financial web applications, and consulting & leading multiple development teams for enterprise level applications.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, MN.
