Legosys Capacity on Demand® is a services model based on recruiting, training and certifying a just-in-time skilled labor pool for third-party flex-scheduled fulfillment operations.This service is based on several fundamental constructs:
- Volatile markets and rates are creating more frequent and intense spikes and declines in customer intake volume, making tighter, more flexible, more efficient processing staffing critical.
- A pool of skilled labor wanting flexible work hours plus skills training exists to support Capacity on Demand
- A pool of "pre-trained, pre-certified" flextime talent can respond to faster fluctuating demand cycles in a more efficient, more tailored manner. This eliminates the burden of carrying costs of a fixed third-party temp contract when a campaign ends earlier than the contract terms. Capacity on Demand projects are based on unit-hours needed, not on a time commitment.
